Shipping & Returns

 Shipping is generally via Canada Post Expedited Parcels. Please ask for a shipping quote with your order.

 Returns

 Unless otherwise stated, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, or exchange, less shipping charges. If the return is a result of our error we will pay for the shipping. Please contact us prior to sending an item in for refund or exchange for an authorization number. Items sent back to us without prior notice or authorization number will be returned to sender.

 Inflatable Birth Pools and Waterbirth Supplies:

All faulty inflatable pools and/or accessories will be replaced or fully refunded provided notice if given to With Child by email: info@withchild.ca or phone 1-866-626-9756 within 7 days of the products arrival.

 Notices of damaged or faulty inflatable pools after 7days may not be replaced or refunded. Inflatable pools are susceptible to damage from mishandling and are not guaranteed for repeat inflation or use.

 Due to the nature of the products, birth pools and supplies are not eligible for return after opening, other than in the case of faulty items. We regret the inconvenience, and understand babies arrive at different times and sometimes in different scenarios than we’ve planned. If you have a used or unused pool that you would like to re-sell, please let us know. We would be happy to help connect you with someone looking for a reduced price opportunity.
